Mr Kampyongo said he was aware of the many challenges Sikanze Police Hospital staff and their families were facing. “I will ensure support for the good initiatives meant to better the health of the Sikanze Police Hospital security personnel and their families,” he said. Mr Kampyongo said Sikanze Police Hospital was providing health services in line with Government policy of taking health services as close to the people. Speaking when he donated a television set, water dispenser and an undisclosed amount of money to mothers and patients as Christmas gifts at Sikanze Police Hospital maternity wing in Lusaka yesterday, Mr Kampyongo said the health facility required additional resources.
