PF Chiluba Branch Youth Chairman Jeff Phiri charged that some councillors who were loyal to former Chimwemwe MP Mwenya Musenge had hired some youths to attack Mr Mutale in the media. He said despite being an Independent MP, Mr Mwila had been more loyal to President Lungu than those claiming to be staunch PF members. Mr Phiri was reacting to media reports where some PF cadres from Buntungwa Ward in Chimwemwe constituency in Kitwe have accused Independent area Member of Parliament (MP) Mwila Mutale of destabilisng the ruling party in the constituency.
