Arising from President Lungu’s public pronouncement, MMD ended up going to a convention where it was resolved to work with PF and support President Lungu, MMD national secretary Raphael Nakacinda has clarified. Mr Nakacinda also clarified that MMD and PF were still in a working alliance in all the provinces as agreed upon at the national convention last year. Mr Nakacinda said as far as MMD was concerned it was in an alliance with the PF.
