Mr Salubusa challenged the NDC to prove the so-called calculated scam by the PF to entice members of the opposition to join the ruling party on allegations that money had exchanged hands. Mr Salubusa who is Kapwepwe 25 councillor, told the Daily Nation yesterday that it was a fact that the PF in the last four days had received numerous defectors among them councillors. Mr Salubusa observed that it was easy to form a political party and make it popular via social media but that it was difficult to come up with branches and sections with a voter’s card as a qualification.
