Ms Mulenga said it was because they had nothing to offer to Zambians that they had resorted to accusing President Edgar Lungu of being foreign, She said the opposition was just trying to discredit the Presidents’ name because they had failed, to point to any misgiving by the Head of state who was delivering on his campaign promises.
