Mr Chungu said that President Lungu was vigilant to ensure that citizens were not being denied development by ensuring that facilitators were on the ground working to the expectations of the Zambian people. In an interview yesterday, the non-governmental leader said that it was important for the Head of State to work with people on the ground and visit various developmental sites taking place around the country.
