Patriotic Front area councillor Adrian Banda urged residents to come and witness the event at council site office. Mr Banda said the event was important as residents would see how their money was being utilised. In an interview, the civic leader said Ms Kapata who, is Minister of Lands and Natural Resources would grace the occasion scheduled to start at 10:00 hours. “Residents have managed to purchase the tractor for garbage collection at a cheaper fee than previous one,” Mr Banda said. Mr Banda said the tractor would help the community to properly manage solid waste and serve as a relief to the already existing community business enterprises.
