Mr Kabwe said that the decision by Government to construct a drought resilient road in Southern and part of Central province was sign that they were committed to ensuring equitable development across Zambia. He said that the move was a big ‘shame on the doomsayers’, who had been insinuating that Government was only responding to the needs of the people who voted for them.
