PF secretary general, Davies Mwila on Wednesday challenged NDC consultant Chishimba Kambwili to ensure that his party (NDC) fielded candidates in the forthcoming local government elections. Mr Chanda said that in as much as NDC would not be dictated to by the PF chief, NDC had accepted the challenge. He said in an interview that the new opposition party would field candidates for the forthcoming election and any other elections to come.
