Lusaka Magistrate Greenwell Malumani has rejected and thrown out an application to quash the charge. This means that Nchito will proceed to take plea in the matter where lawyers appointed by the Law Association of Zambia (LAZ) are representing him on one count of impersonating a Post Newspapers Limited (in liquidation) advocate. Defence lawyer Musa Mwenye had applied to the court to quash the charge on grounds that it did not state the actual offence Mr Nchito was alleged to have committed in respect of personating a Post Newspapers Limited (in liquidation) advocate between November 1, 2016 and February 13, 2017.
