In an interview with the Daily Nation, Ms Mwanza said the public to have a better and clear understanding of the SI, the local authority had partnered with some community radio stations in the city to sensitise masses about the law. The Ministry of Local Government and Housing has amended Statutory Instrument number 54 of 1992 that strengthens laws against street vending and public nuisances.
