Constable Kalebwe is charged with circulating obscene materials or things that corrupt morals contrary to section 177 1 (b) of the Penal Code chapter 87 of the Laws of Zambia. Both Police spokesperson Esther Katongo and North Western Province police commissioner Auxensio Daka confirmed the development to the Daily Nation in separate interviews yesterday. Constable Kalebwe is alleged to have on November 7, 2017 at around 21:30 hours taken nude pictures of two female suspects, a woman and her daughter in custody and shared with his colleagues at the police station.
