According to a letter signed by BID president and chief executive officer Jose Prieto and sent to the NAMA Chairman Patrick Salubusa, this award is presented to an entity to recognise leadership, quality, innovation, excellence, technology, innovation, customer service and prestige. The letter further states that the IQS award is given to leaders by leaders and is sponsored by 26 Imarpress Media Publications.
