The call was made by the district commissioner Mr Benson Ngambo following the introduction of the new official presidential portrait. Mr Ngambo told the Daily Nation in an interview that the new portraits are now available at his office and ready for collection. “There is a new presidential portrait that has come out, so there is need for all departmental heads, the business community, civil society organisations, including individuals, to have this new presidential portrait,’’ Mr Ngambo said.
