Dr Mutale confessed that Munda Wanga botanical garden which was at one time the beauty of Lusaka was deserted. She blamed the previous management at Munda wanga gardens for the mess the facility had found itself in. Dr Mutale said this at the launch of Munda Wanga clean-up campaign in Lusaka, aimed at revamping the facility. She said that her ministry was committed to bringing Munda Wanda back to life and that it was the reason she had organized staff at the ministry and well-wishers to clean up the place.
