Group representative Thomas Chisenga told the Daily Nation yesterday that management’s stance to bulldoze the decision despite a number of concerns that stakeholders had raised in the past to both the College and Ministry of Higher Education was retrogressive and must be stopped. Mr. Chisenga said the model of teaching practice adopted by the College Principal Grace Chilekwa and her administration was detrimental to the teaching profession and a burden on the part of parents and guardians and wondered why students were compelled to do their practicals on the Copperbelt when they could do that from places of logistical convenience.
