Mr Mutale said the school ground was being used for Physical Education (PE) by the school and so it was not in order for anybody to build there. And Mr Mutale has expressed displeasure at the delay by the Kitwe City Council (KCC) to purchase various items for the rehabilitation of the ablution blocks at Kamatipa and Twata- sha markets. Mr Mutale said the K120, 000 from the 2017 Constituen- cy Development Funds (CDF) had already been released for the purchase of the items for the rehabilitation of the ablution blocks, but was disappointed that the local authority was de- laying to purchase the items.
