New Congress Party (NCP) leader, Peter Chanda charged that LAZ under its current leadership lacked professionalism and had failed to give Zambians proper direction on several important national issues. He charged that the LAZ leadership was an agent of the cartel, adding that there was need for lawyers to consider impeaching its president to restore order. The NCP leader was reacting to the recent questions raised by LAZ on circumstances that led to the invocation of Article 31 by President Lungu.
