Among the charges slapped on him, M’membe was charged with one count of personation of an officer of the Post Newspapers Limited in (liquidation) and personation of person appointed by the High Court as provisional liquidator. Particulars of the offence where that, on dates unknown but between 1st November and 13th February, 2017 in Lusaka, jointly and whilst acting together with other persons unknown, did personate an officer of the Post Newspapers Limited in (liquidation) and personate a person appointed by the High Court as provisional liquidator.
