Mr Nakacinda said the budget gives hope to the Zambian people of better things to come. “From the different sectors that have been given more finances, we seem to be getting a feeling that the presentation of the budget will have a bit of surplus. “Moving forward we are very optimistic that we will be able to achieve greater strides, so this gives hope to the Zambian people of a greater future,” Mr Nakacinda said.
