MMD Diehard youth national coordinator Gerald Chiluba said the former ruling party was law abiding and consistently adhered to the provisions of its party constitution. Mr Chiluba told the Daily Nation yesterday, that party youths would not condone the continued attacks of their leadership and warned that anyone who would attempt to attack the party secretariat would be dealt with. He said Dr Mumba disputed the convention which was held from May 20 to 22 2016 with a weak argument that his tenure of office would end in 2017 but wondered why there was no convention in their group.
