And the MMD has asked President Sata to stop threatening diplomats accredited to Zambia saying it would be uncomfortable for the diplomats to work with him MMD president Nevers Mumba said it was frightening that President Michael Sata has become an absentee leader and that his presence was only seen in his brutal actions through State police. Addressing a media briefing at the MMD secretariat yesterday, Dr Mumba said Zambia should not expect any civility or order from President Sata and the PF because the administration believed in barbaric ways of governance.
