Dr Chilufya said with dust bins being placed everywhere for the public to throw litter, there was a semblance of order which meant the military and civil operation had yielded Positive results. Dr Chilufya said the cleanup by the defence forces in the Central Business District had helped to stop the further spread of cholera. Dr Chilufya urged citizens to comply with all the measures as stipulated in the Statutory Instrument No. 79 of 2017 on the control measures designed to arrest the further spread of cholera.
