Tue, 04 Oct 2016 08:48:50 +0000 PRESIDENT Edgar Lungu’s composition of the new Cabinet and provincial ministers so far has demonstrated and reflected his commitment towards nation-building, former Chipata Central Member of Parliament (MP) Lameck Mangani has said. And Mr Mangani has challenged all Cabinet and provincial ministers appointed so far and those to be appointed to apply themselves fully to the service of the people by working hard to develop the country. Mr Mangani also appealed to the Patriotic Front (PF) Members of Parliament who would be appointed as ministers to understand that not everybody could be appointed because the Constitution limits the number of ministers the Head of State could appoint.
