PF Raphael Chota Ward 22 councillor Joseph Tamba disclosed this in an interview in Lusaka yesterday, saying this was fulfillment of some of the major promises the ruling party made to the electorate during campaigns for the August 11, 2016 elections. “I am happy that works of laying water pipes under the Millennium Challenge Account programme are on course. This entails that 2,000 houses in Raphael Chota Ward 22 are going to be connected to clean and safe water supply and will also have communal water points.
