This is in a case in which Phoebe Namukoko of Chunga compound sued her husband, Francis Chipongwe, 31, of Matero compound for reconciliation after separating for a day. The two got married in 2015 and have three children. Namukoko told Senior Court Magistrates Miyanda Banda, Pauline Newa and Ronnie Shafwensha at Matero Local Court that she sued Chipongwe because last week when she was in labour she phoned him and told him that he should book a Taxi but he responded that she should go and never come back home.
