This is in a case in which Friday Chimfwembe, 24, a businessman of George compound sued, Crispin Mubanga, 24, of Chaisa compound for allegedly committing adultery with his wife, Sylvia Kangwa, 21. Chimfwembe told Senior Court Magistrates Miyanda Banda, Pauline Newa and Ronnie Shafwensha at Matero Local Court that he married Kangwa in 2010 in Kasama and that they have two children and paid K500 as dowry.
