The incident occurred yesterday around 08:00 hours in Ndeke compound. North Western Province Commissioner of Police Auxensio Daka identified the deceased as George Kangwa. He said the incident was reported by his nephew, Brian Kangwa, aged 24. He said Kangwa, a taxi driver hanged himself using strings of a travelling bag. “Yes, I can confirm that we received a report of suicide were a man killed himself after a marital dispute,” Mr Daka said. Mr Daka said no foul play is being suspected and that Kangwa’s body has since been deposited into Zambezi District Hospital mortuary awaiting burial. Meanwhile, a 65-year-old man has defiled a three-year-old girl in Kabompo, Mr Daka said.
