By SIMON MUNTEMBA I have moved my office to the Central Business District (CBD) to personally supervise the Lusaka City Council (LCC) in picking up garbage, mayor of Lusaka Miles Sampa has said. Mr Sampa said he has dedicated seven days to supervise the council workers to ensure the CBD was cleaned-up. He said the decision to work from the CBD was as a result of several complaints from concerned residents over the unsanitary condition due to uncollected heaps of garbage in Lusaka.
