PF Lusaka district secretary, Simon Mapulanga charged that the council had failed to resolve a wrangle over his piece of land he bought in 2006 which has been encroached by a private company. Mr. Mapulanga, 44, of plot number 183/39, Matero east, explained that a private company has encroached on his land taking away 11x 4 meters where a structure was being erected. He claimed that his efforts to have the issue resolved had fallen on deaf ears as the council seemed not to care about the development.
