Prof Luo counselled both UNZA Management and the three unions UNZALARU, UNZAPROSA and UNZAAWU that humility was the hallmark of good leadership. She challenged all stakeholders to work as a team as UNZA belonged to everybody, hence the need for unity. Prof Luo said this at a two-day training workshop organized for UNZA Management and the three unions under the theme ‘Embracing Transformation Leadership’ in Siavonga that all public universities should take the lead in exhibiting exceptional leadership. She reiterated that public universities were the “crème de la crème” and that they should endeavor to promote industrial relations harmony through positive collective bargaining together with the unions.
