Mr Bwalya said that in as much as the country had been hit by calamities in the recent past, the vigilance by government in fighting the misfortunes was commendable. He told the Daily Nation that the swift action and resilience by the Head of State to ensure that calamities were curbed, gave hope to the Zambian people that the country was in safe hands.
