Speaking shortly after the inauguration ceremony, President Lungu congratulated his Rwandan counterpart, saying his re-election showed the confidence that the Rwandan people had in him. President Lungu said the people of Rwanda trusted President Kagame by giving him another mandate to serve. President Lungu further said it was time for Africa to solve it’s problems.
