The Solwezi outfit put up an impressive performance to defeat Buffaloes 3-1. A brace from Hosea Silwamba and a goal from Chanda Mushili was all that Lumwana needed to halt Buffaloes’ aim of opening a three point lead on the summit of the Super League. Silwimba scored the two goals under 20 minutes before Mushili slithered in the third goal on 34th minute. Buffaloes pulled one back through Friday Samu in 42nd minute. Meanwhile, Zesco United beat Real Nakonde 2-0 to reposition their target of winning the title. John Chin’gandu and Jesse Were handed Zesco the much needed victory.
