Chingola Member of Parliament (MP) Mathew Nkhuwa said the maternity ward at Lulamba clinic was one of the many development projects that he had embarked on to fulfil his campaign promises. Speaking at the weekend when he laid a foundation stone for the construction of the maternity ward, Mr Nkhuwa said he was expecting the maternity ward to be completed in the next two to three months. “During the campaigns, the people of Lulamba came up with a number of things which you wanted me to work on once elected as MP.
