Mr. Salubusa said the project would empower the water authority to respond to water and sewer challenges in Lusaka. He said the project soon to commence in Kapwepwe ward would work on the Chunga Sewer Ponds and toured the vicinity with engineers from the contractor company Zhomei. The civic leader expressed happiness that the project would answer the many challenges of sanitation in the area. “I am delighted as area councillor that the Lusaka Sanitation Plan project will commence here and it will help the Lusaka Water and Sewerage Company answer the challenges of water and sewer works,” he said.
