And the provincial administration in Southern Province has commended LIBES for answering calls by Government to create employment for youths. LIBES principal Thomas Kalantiya said as an institution that depended on citizens of Livingstone and the nation to achieve its goals, the institution felt it had to give something permanent and almost free or at give-away rate to the community.
