Speaking when he addressed Kasempa district and constituency executive committees in Kasempa yesterday, the Provincial Chairperson stressed the need for effective strategies to make PF attractive in areas where it was not strong. Mr. Kungo emphasised the need for members to work hard in ensuring that the ruling party attained higher heights not only in North Western Province but the whole country as well. “But for us to succeed we need to devise strategies to make our party not only attractive but effective in delivering development”, Mr Kungo said.
