But I also agree with you that regulation and development should be second and third in ranking respectively. But don’t suggest to me that the legal association should continue to watch civil liberties of the citizens being trampled upon and they keep quiet. Maybe that is why Zimbabwe has found itself in a state it is in today. Look at the King of Swaziland and the way he treats women like mere sexual objects. David Zimba
