Mr Malanji said the presence of the ruling party should be felt at the grassroot level through the good works of its representative at ward and branch level. He was speaking yesterday at Continental Lodge in Kitwe when he donated 25 bicycles and motorbikes worth more than K130,000 to ward and constituency leaders. Mr Malanji said party leaders at ward levels should ensure that they serve the interest of the people who voted for them.
