Mon, 22 May 2017 12:46:22 +0000 Dear Editor, I write to commend Kapwepwe Ward 20 Councillor of Lusaka, Patrick Salubusa for being a real servant of the people. His exploits in lobbying the corporate world in alleviating the welfare of his electorate is just too immense to say the least. The recent signed MoU with Lusaka Water and Sewerage Company (LWSC) to erect toilets in his ward is but one of the many poverty alleviation programmes he has so far managed to win. When fully executed, this project will surely benefit many households in his ward. More interesting is actually the fact that he has indicated that some youths bricklayers and women in the Ward will be empowered to work hand in hand with LWSC to erect the toilets, which for me is brilliant idea.
