Mr Kabwe said the former deputy Speaker was a national hero especially to the young leaders in Zambia. He said the death of Mr Lungu has robbed the nation of a leader who was determined to contribute positively to the growth of the nation in terms of democracy and good governance. He said Mr Lungu, who has been honoured by President Edgar Lungu with a day of national mourning, was a dedicated leader who was interested in serving Zambians irrespective of their political affiliation.
