These are breeding grounds for cholera germs. Other African countries like Rwanda have banned salaula for the same reasons. Let this be a timely warning, especially to politicians who have always politicized street vending for their pockets. Street vending is ugly for all the reasons it stands for! Ideen Sikazwe
