In reshuffles announced by special assistant to the President for press and public relations Amos Chanda yesterday, Mr. Kaziya has been replaced by Minister of General Education Dennis Wanchinga while Mr. Mutati has been replaced by Minister of Commerce, Margaret Mwanakatwe. Other cabinet ministers moved are Agriculture Minister Dora Siliya who is now Minister of Information and Broadcasting Services taking over from Kampamba Mulenga who has been moved to the Ministry of Fisheries and Livestock, replacing Michael Katambo who has become the Minister of Agriculture.
