Mr Salubusa said the cleaning exercise for the month of August was a special one as some Lusaka City Council members of staff were in Kapwepwe ward 25 to commemorate Local Government week whose aim was to help sanitise the area and make Lusaka look appealing. He said the LCC staff and residents joined forces and helped in the cleaning of Lilanda market and surrounding facilities.
