UPND vice president Geoffrey Bwalya Mwamba says Mr Kanganja must resign because he was not executing his duties professionally as he received instructions from PF members. Speaking during a press briefing at the UPND secretariat yesterday, Mr. Mwamba accused the IG of having received instructions from State House press aide Amos Chanda to arrest UPND leader Hakainde Hichilema. “We have a recording where Kanganja is heard receiving instructions from Amos Chanda.
