Mr Kampyongo said the mounting of road blocks in the middle of residential areas should be discouraged as it was inconveniencing the public. He said police traffic officers should stop having unnecessary road blocks or he would be forced to change the entire police traffic command. The minister was speaking in Lusaka yesterday when he featured on Radio Phoenix and said he expected police traffic officers to heed the stipulated guidelines. “I agree with the callers that the setting up of road blocks in the middle of residential areas should be discouraged.
