Mr Tayali, the Economic and Equity Party (EEP) leader, accused Mr Kambwili of being frightened of detention hence his falling ill with highpertension. The embattled Roan constituency lawmaker was summoned on Thursday, barely 72 hours after his arrest on Tuesday, for three charges of fraud, namely forgery, altering of false documents and giving false information to a public officer. On Thursday through his lawyers, Mr Kambwili confirmed being summoned and said he was more than ready to appear before the police anti-fraud squad at Woodlands police station.
