RP Chingola district information and publicity secretary Humphrey Kabwe said it was deceitful for PF breakaway members, who had formed the NDC, to accuse the PF government of corruption as soon they left office. Mr. Kabwe said Zambians were not dull to vote NDC into government in 2021 because its top leadership was not different from that of the ruling party.
