Tue, 04 Oct 2016 09:52:04 +0000 CORRUPTION allegations involving Kabwe Municipal Council management that the council’s earth moving equipment is being abused has angered the area member of Parliament Tutwa Ngulube. Mr. Ngulube who on Saturday launched the road rehabilitation exercise in his constituency expressed anger at the refusal by the local authority to release the graders and tippers which he alleged had been hired out to a private entity currently building a shopping mall on the Great North road. “I am very disappointed with the council for failure to release the grader which was bought using constituency development funds because they have hired it out to a private contractor who is building a shopping mall at Mulungushi, and they are making money for themselves,” said Mr. Ngulube.
